Area of Research : Developing polymeric nanoparticles for application towards Photo-thermal therapy of solid tumours.

She is an INSPIRE fellow pursuing her doctoral studies. Her interest lies in leveraging nanotechnology approaches towards development of therapeutic solutions for the treatment of solid tumours.
Coming from an interdisciplinary background of pharmaceutical and biological sciences she has gained a rich experience to qualify for the domain of translational research. To further develop her research administration skills, she was selected to attend the Novartis Bio-camp '2016 and has been a member of the winning team at the competition. She has an experience of research collaboration at NTU Singapore for six months. She has successfully delivered an oral presentation at the MRS Fall Meeting' 2017 held in Boston, United States. She has published a first author review journal and co-authored couple of research journals. She won the best poster at the Nanobioteck conference' 2016. Apart from research she is a fitness enthusiast and holds keen interests in hiking and calisthenics activities.
Background : Pursuing Ph.D. at IIT Bombay, INSPIRE fellow, research internship at NTU Singapore, Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Jamia Hamdard University' New Delhi, Master's thesis project at National Institute of Immunology' JNU NewDelhi, GATE qualifier, Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Kurukshetra University.
