Monalisha Debnath
Area of Research : Targeted drug delivery system, Designing and development of nanoparticles for non-invasive cancer therapy.
Date of Joining : January 2021
After completing her tenure as a senior research fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur she joined as Ph. D scholar on 4th January 2021. Based on her research at IIT Kharagpur, she presented her work at the IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference (I2MTC), Dubrovnik, Croatia, 2020. She has completed her course work with 9.38 CPI. During her Ph. D course work, she was involved in the writing review paper, research proposal for grants, and other translational research works. She has provisionally filed 2 patents, also published two review articles bearing a high impact factor. Apart from these, she has published a total of 12 publications. Out of these publications, she has recently submitted one review article and one book chapter. To date, her scientific profile (Total citations=162, h-index=5, and i10-index=3) looks terrific. Currently she is working on the development of nanomaterials to contribute in the medical field of cancer theranostic.
Background : M. Pharmacy in pharmacology from Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol, West Bengal, India in 2010 with 86.50% (Bronze medalist).
